Hi, I'm Jamie.

I'm an entrepreneur, award-winning author, and consultant who has built, lost, and rebuilt at extraordinary scale. I bootstrapped an eight-figure company, helped shape California's cannabis industry through advocacy and political engagement, and later sold my businesses to a global brand. Then I walked away to rebuild on my own terms.

That wasn't failure. It was reinvention.

I came out later in life. I dismantled identities I'd outgrown. I rebuilt from truth instead of expectation. That process is where my consulting and coaching work comes from now.

How I work

I offer single 1:1 sessions, one hour, booked individually as you need them. No packages, no set number of sessions. You bring what's live for you right now and we work on that.

Two areas I work in:

Business consulting — building, scaling, and navigating the operational and strategic problems that come with running something real, from someone who's done it at eight figures and negotiated an exit.

Transformation coaching — for people rebuilding after a major shift, whether that's a career pivot, a life quake, or a redefinition of what success even means to you. We look at the patterns running the show, get specific about what's actually not working, and build a plan grounded in where you are, not where you think you should be.

(This work also draws on a spiritual practice I've built over years of my own reconstruction, though the sessions themselves stay grounded and practical.)
